Chicken Chowder soup

Boil a whole fryer with salt, pepper, and garlic powder,


Saute in bacon grease:
5 stalks of celery chopped
1 onion diced
10 cloves of garlic diced
4 small red and yellow peppers, diced
4 tomatoes, diced
4 carrots, diced
2 ears of corn, kernals removed
4 red potatoes, diced
1 lime squeezed
1 lemon squeezed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt


In skillet, use bacon grease and 3 tblsp. butter melted and 1/4 cup flour - mix well - add 1 cup of milk - stir well.  add to sautéed mixture.


Pour chicken broth into the mixture.  De bone chicken and chop chicken.  simmer for 1 hour. 
Serve with homemade croutons.  Yummy!
