Tex Mex Cornbread

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsps. salt
1 can corn, drained
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tblsps. oil
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tblsps. chopped jalapenos
1 tblsp. chopped green onions
red pepper

Mix the ingredients and pour into an iron skillet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes! Great!
