Ingredients/order:
1 Tblsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
4 sprigs fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 pound of beef chuck, small pieces
4 carrots, diced
1 cup of early frozen peas
2 Tblsp. flour
2 Tblsp. butter
1 cup red wine
2 Tblsp. tomato paste
4 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup stock
Combine the ingredients in order. Reduces. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
