Ingredients:
2 yellow onions, diced
2 pieces of ham, diced
1 stick of butter
1 Tblsp. basil
1 Tblsp. rosemary
2 cans cream of celery soup
10 lbs, potatoes, peeled and diced
3 cups of milk
9 cups of water
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste!
Saute the onions and ham in the butter. Add the milk and cream of celery soup. Add the water and the potatoes. Simmer all day! Delicious! Serve with grated cheddar cheese!

Gypsy Stew
Gypsy Stew
3 onions, diced
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
chicken tenderloins, sliced bite size
1 can chopped green chiles
1 can chick peas
1 pkg. of grape tomatoes, sliced in halves
1 pkg. honey gold potatoes, chopped
carrots sliced
green beans
pepper
12 oz. cooking sherry
Simmer onions and garlic. Add chicken and brown. Add chiles, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and green beans. Add water to make the stock. Sprinkle pepper to taste. Mix in the sherry and cook for one hour! Yummy!

Brown sugar, Brown eggs Chess pie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 Brown eggs
1 unbaked pastry shell
Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Delicious!

Awesome Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups oats
1 cup raisins
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, salt, soda. oats and raisins. Chill. Grease pan and place balls of dough on the pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350.

Brown Sugar Brownies
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and flour, baking powder and salt. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in 13"x9" pan.
GLAZE: Mix 1 tablespoon warm milk and 3/4 cup powdered sugar. Spread glaze on top of cooled brownies.
