Corn Cakes


Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 diced onion
2 eggs
2 Tblsp. melted butter
milk

Add the ingredients and add the milk to the right consistency. Heat oil in the skillet and add one piece of bacon to flavor the oil. Portion the corn cakes to the size desired. Fry until done and crispy golden brown. Delicious!
